I got this from YWS, one of the very popular things there.

You just do what the title says, rate the avatar above you. So, if Woz posted after me, he would gave me a 1-10 rating on how much he likes my avatar, and if Mark posted after him, then Mark would rate Woz's avatar, and on and on. Get it?
